WhatsApp Group
Support through peers
Colourful Minds has a WhatsApp group for registered service users to seek support and advice from other peers in very similar situations. It is a fantastic way to share ideas and ask for advice.

Closed Facebook Group
We have newly introduced a closed Facebook group only for registered service users. For people to be able to ask questions, share information as not everyone likes to be in the WhatsApp group we needed to expand our ways of making sure we could support service users.
Well Being
Walks
Where the weather allows us we like to organise well being walks for our service users to get out in the fresh air whilst chatting away and offloading some of their worries with others.

Well being
Evening Events
We provide well being events for service users only, some of the things we have done; Curry & Quiz night, Bingo Night and Pamper evening.

Amazing Me
Kids group for SEN children
We have recently introduced Amazing Me - Kids zone for children who are out of education with SEN.
See the Amazing me page for more information.

Coffee Mornings
In Schools
We are beginning to build a close relationship with Schools and Alternative provisions in the area and attending their already established coffee mornings or setting up our own coffee mornings within school settings.
Awareness Sessions
e.g PDA, ARFID & more
Staff have lots of knowledge to share with our service users and the ability to provide awareness courses to help build knowledge and confidence to our Service users.

Half Term
Family Events
We have done Halloween sessions for our service users and their families and we are continuing to grow this service.
Well Being Family Events
e.g. Farm trips
We paid for a large amount of our families entry into Lancaster Park & animal Farm. This is something we want to continue to be able to offer to our SEN families.
